Optimal Health and Performance is a Private Psychology firm operating in Belconnen, ACT. We have a number of registered psychologists who provide assessment, counselling and therapy for children, adolescents and adults who may be experiencing emotional or behavioural concerns such as depression, grief, anxiety, drugs or alcohol, family or relationship concerns, trauma, abuse, injury, pain or health issues.

Therapy is generally provided individually and is based on empirically validated treatment methodologies. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal and Family Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
