Optimal Health & Performance is conveniently located at Level 2, Northpoint Plaza, Belconnen. Pay parking is available on Chandler street, Benjamin Way and alongside the bus interchange. There is free parking at the Belconnen Mall. The Belconnen bus interchange is a short walking distance and disabled access is provided via a lift to our suite on the 2nd floor.

Northpoint Plaza is number 8 Chandler Street and is set back from Benjamin Way behind Margaret Timpson park. The ground floor entrance to Northpoint Plaza faces the Belconnen Mall and looks across Margaret Timson Park which is the open park space at the corner of Benjamin Way & Chandler Street.

Please note, the ground floor entrance has stairs leading to the building from Chandler street or from the park. Access to the ground floor is possible from Swanson Court by coming along the front of Swanson Plaza.

There is a rear entrance onto level 1, at the rear of the Belconnen Public Library. This is the recommended access for mobility challenged people. There are limited disabled car parks at the back of the library, in the side street behind Swanson Plaza.
