Our Practice

Optimal Health & Performance Pty Ltd is a local, privately owned psychology practice serving all of the ACT since our establishment in 1998. We understand that life comes with a string of challenges that can be discouraging and difficult to deal with alone. Our compassionate and caring clinical psychologists provide assessment and therapy for adults. We also now offer a counselling service to our clients.
