Pauline Allingham

Registered Psychologist

Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Master of Education, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is also an accredited EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner and consultant, and a member of the EMDR Association of Australia.

Pauline provides therapy for adults suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and relationship challenges. She has advanced training and expertise in using EMDR therapy in the treatment of traumatic or otherwise distressing memories.
